My Sale is not liable for any discrepancy between products, prices, or details listed on the platform and those found in an outlet. Outlets publish their own catalogues and advertisements, and My Sale displays them as provided.

Outlets that list their catalogues on My Sale agree to ensure that the product details, prices, and images they provide are accurate and up to date at the time of submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Sale and its operators are not responsible for errors or omissions in catalogue data provided by outlets, product unavailability, price changes between catalogue publication and purchase, or any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information on the platform.
